Return Policy:
Regular, In-stock Merchandise:
Provided that the merchandise has not been altered in any way, and has remained in the original condition in which it was purchased, your item may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment. If you are returning merchandise, we will issue a full refund in the manner with which it was paid. After 15 calendar days, your online purchase is eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from your received shipment. After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered final.
*If you are purchasing an item as a gift for a special occasion, please be sure to let us know the date of the occasion so that we may consider extending the above outlined terms.
*Returned diamonds and other items that included a diamond or gemstone certificate must be returned with the original certificate.
To Return an Item:
Call us at (772) 234-1512 or contact us through our website chat feature to inform us of your intention to return an item.
-We will provide a return shipping label via email. Please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton you will be using. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
-Place original package into a shipping carton.
-Please do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
-Include the invoice and the reason for the return.
-Return shipments are via insured delivery services (USPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
